Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SapienWay, we strive to provide reliable and efficient services. We encourage all customers to test our services using the free tier or trial credits before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly/Annual Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to SapienWay features until that date.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or for periods where the license was unused.

2. Prepaid Credits

  • Non-Refundable: Prepaid credits purchased for services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Expiration: Credits may have an expiration date as per the plan selected at the time of purchase. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.

3. Exceptions & Billing Errors

We will happily issue a full refund in the following specific cases:

  • Double Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
  • Service Downtime: If our system was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours (subject to SLA terms).

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card / UPI / Net Banking).
